JOY, LOVE, and HOME.

Omma Made is a collection of handmade fiber arts and ceramics. “Omma,” meaning mother in Korean, emphasizes the love of creating and the comforts of homemade goods. Created by a sister duo Suzy and Cindy-two moms, two modern makers -who grew up tinkering and playing with a world of materials.

Remembering their own childhood watching their mother create beautifully crafted clothes and toys, they learned early on in life the joy of color, textures, shape, and functionality. Even today, their mother, now grandmother, loves to crochet modern creatures for this collection. It is this family time together, in the past and in the present, that opens up their freedom of creativity.

Omma Made brings that same spirit to their artwork, using nurturing natural materials like fiber, earth and water. Working from their studio in Hudson Valley, New York, they are continually thinking of new ways to bring hand-crafted comforts into everyone’s home.
